Within 15 month of purchase ups and battery both are not working. Many times i had called in exide's toll free customer care no. But no call made in this no. Then i request m/s jain petrol supply co. For my problem. He sent a company's person with me after 3-4 days of complain. The company's person told me that the gravity of battery is in worst condition. He say me to charge battery from outside. Than it may works better. I have charged my battery but after 1 hours of his going both battery and ups not working. I have tried so many times to the toll free no. Of exide. I complaining so many times m/s jain petrol supply. I also call hazaribag office. But no one has came to me to inspection that what happen to my ups and battery.
