Exide Industries — Huge delay in Delivery of Bike battery

This is with reference to your previous message :- Confirm receipt of RAKESH KUMAR SINGH claim Ref DHA14730636 SrNo M6J8Q355588 .We'll revert within 3 days. I would like to inform you that since its been around 60 days and I didn't get the delivery of my repaired battery yet. So I request you to please look into the matter and deliver the battery within a week otherwise I have to take some legal action against it.
