My name is rajasekhar i have a problem with my inverter battery i top up with full battery water but after power cut there is beep sound coming from invertor i complaint to the customercare he is asking model number i said two numbers from the top of baterry he said wrong numbers he said send the images of my battery i am attach the images please take further action the battery i purchased in 2013
