I have an exide mega inva battery attached to my inverter which is not charging for last ten days resulting in no power during power cut. As a result, i am facing lot of difficulties especially during night.in order to get the battery checked by the service engineer of exide i have contacted customer care on 16.06.2017 at phone number [protected] and lodged a complaint under complaint no. Easa00003931v105.
But no engineer contacted me or visited my place as yet. So i made another call to customer care today and appraised the problem once again. The girl receiving the phone told me that she has booked another complaint. But i have not received any message to this effect.
In this connection i intend to mention that the battery is not charging and in case of prolong power-cut the battery will not work at all causing lot of inconveniences.
Besides, seventy-two hours is sufficient to arrange visit of an engineer and thus it is evident that there is lapse by someone somewhere in the exide department.
Hence i request you to enquire the matter immediately and arrange to send service engineer to my place instantly.
