Exide Industries — Not getting backup

I brought inverter battery Exide EL 150 just 3 years back.
Exactly after 37th months I'm not getting battery backup at least not even 10 min.
I tried contacting local Exide seller and they confirmed that battery is not working no use of it i need to buy a new one.
Just for 3 year's no use of getting.
I would like to talk to Exide manager.
