My bike battery (Battery type: fxr0-12xr9-b serial no: m2l4n603589 2b53) got damaged which was in warranty period (25-27 months) and i have applied for replacement vide ref no: easa00005176v478 on 11.07.2017. But till today i have not received any new battery. Very poor service to customers from exide. Kindly arrange to resolve my issue as early as possible.
