I have purchase battery for my santro car on 10th august 2016 with the warranty of 4 years. But unfortunately the same has been suddenly dead after 11 months. Immediately i try to call their on site bat service but could not reached them after 20 calls. Then immediately i called dealer from where i purchase the same, but they advise to carry the same to their shop only.
I am totally confused on their attitude and i some home return back to my home after fussing the car from road to home (5 km), in 4 hours.
I suggest if the company could not provide the after sales service then they should not confused the customers.
I need the replacement my battery by saturday 13th may positively else will move to further action. Was this information helpful? |
