Exide Industries — Reimbursement for battery in full warranty and refund of excess money charged by dealer for new battery

I had bought from INDIAN BATTERIES situated at 115 Amir house near Colaba bus station Mumbai 400005 exide mileage MLDIN80 ser no ASH9C023016 on 15/10/2019 with 30 months full warranty that means upto 14/04/2022.This battery is not working since August 2021 but with multiple request and begging dealer gave me an old battery which worked with difficulty till 10/03/2022 Now dealer has asked me to buy a new battery without considering my claim In good faith I bought new exide mileage MLDIN80 ser no A4A2B009865 on 15/03/2022 for which he took rupees seventeen thousand three hundred only but price mentioned on exide company website is rupees twelve thousand seven hundred only Now please help me a) Full reimburse for full warranty period battery ser no ASH9C023016 at earliest Cash memo and warranty card of this is with dealer He is not giving I have registered on line paperless at your site b) Please help in getting refund of excess payment of battery ser no A4A2B009865 with appropriate interest c)Disciplinary action on dealer Mr Abdul Razak INDIAN BATTERIES for fraud misguiding and overcharging Pl help at earliest thx
