Exide Industries — replacement of battery under warranty | |||
I purchased exide battery serial number a3i7k007079 on 4/1/2018. The battery does not give backup and needs to be replaced and is under 24 months warranty. Dealer from exide visited and verbally confirmed but refused to give written service report. I am following up on mails / call to service centre since 26/10/2019 but no resolution till now. Only promises made. I want the battery to be replaced immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
