This is regarding the complain number gha9561876 for the battery serial no. M2e7n530532.
I purchased a battery on 2nd december-2017, within 8 months of purchase the battery was not performing as it was expected. I visited the dealer for the warranty claim, he send the battery for the further check-up. I got a sms on 4-oct-2018 that the battery has found okay and you can collect it from dealer. I visited the dealer everyday to collect my battery but every-time he says that it did not received yet.
Where is my battery and how long i should wait to collect it?
Also when the battery was dead how come it is tested okay in the check-up? Was this information helpful? |
