Exide Industries — service issues for my car battery boss 32r

I had launched acomplaint a week before for my car batery and the complaint no is nup0516693 and i regullary following it up the customercare but nothing happening may i request to senior managment for there intervention please exide is a branded company and the consumer are not expecting this type of service from them i am requesting again to look to this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible

Hi. Today I went to the battery shop for my Maruthi 800, the mechanic gave me a new battery ( BOSS boss32r) he is telling this battery also product of "Exide " I want to know this product part of Exide or not. please find the attached image of battery and detail.
