Exide Industries — Two wheeler battery repeated complaint battery serial number:2a7p520863 | |||||
With in 3 weeks of the battery purchase this battery has started giving problems. If i keep my bike (Thuder bird 350cc) for 3-4 days the battery drains completely and after i ride for 1 hr it charges back. Twice i have registered complaint and given battery to service via complaint numbers stna00000188/stna00001997v184.in both the occasion they have tested and found the charge is low and after charging the battery ok. Again today i noticed same problem my bike not staring and horn not working and i drove for 30 mins the battery charged. I clearly explained to exide engineer last time to check properly which they didn't do. Was this information helpful? | |||||
