[Resolved]  Exide Industries — Urgent Complaint Battery Exchange Denied Unfairly Despite Service Validity

I had raised a complaint through your authorised distributor regarding my Exide battery, which is still under the service period. Your engineer visited, verified the battery condition, added distilled water, and then closed the complaint — denying exchange solely because only 16 days of service were left.

I ask Exide: Is this the kind of special training provided to your engineers — to avoid responsibility if the service period is nearing its end? Is this how a reputed brand treats its customers?

I have attached the bill copy for reference. I expect this issue to be treated as urgent and resolved immediately. If not addressed, I will proceed to recover all losses incurred due to this battery failure and initiate effective legal action for deficiency in service.

I hope Exide believes in fair treatment and prompt resolution.
