[Resolved]  Exide Industries — Warranty denied.

One Battery was purchased on dt.29.04..2013 from Akash Motor, which got damaged with in its warranty period.Subsequently it was sent to its dealer for repair/replace, it was returned back on st.31.07.2014 giving the reason that the battery store period is above 3 month. Detail about battery. Name of the owner- MONALISA HOTA. Battery type - ETZ 5 - SCRAP BATTERY S.L. No - 7L2045007 Mfg Code - 7L2 Date of purchase - 29.04.2013. In the warranty card it has been clearly written that the warranty period is 18 month from the date of purchase or 20000 Kms or 21 months from the date of charging.
