Respected sir,
I am Geetha, from Kerala.I was called by Exide life insurance at 2018 saying my mobile number is selected for Goa Trip.Me and my husband visited Exide office at Gandhipuram.They asked us to take one policy and gave Goa ticket vouchers.And then I paid Rs.6500 to Mr.Nithin who is working in that office.They just sent me only the proposal form.Later I asked about the policy they said your money has been refunded through bank.And I checked by getting statement from Bank but there was no such amount credit to bank...
I called so many times to the office staffs and head officers ...but no response..
I request you to kindly make required steps and do pay my money back ...

In this situation I am file a case in consumer forum as no other option is available.
Sir after calling customer care with no[protected], but no response is received again you are requested so I want to file a case against Exide

I had been blacklisted in IRDA since 30Sep 2018. wherein no fault from my end.

I had joined Exide life insurance company as I wanted to earn from part time work. But I discontinued as insurance agent within couple of months after joining in Jan 2017. I did not sell any policies since then

The Exide branch team had been using my code though after I discontinued the job

Now I wanted another insurance company as I lost my current job due to COVID-19. Since my agent code is black list my job application is rejected

I tried reaching the Exide insurance company but the old managing team were not available and I am not getting support from Exide to resolve my case

Request you to please remove my PAN details from the black list report and oblige

I paid Rs. 42, 500/- for E50-ExideLife Sampoorna Jeevan 75. Proposal no. is 04326333 on date 6.12.2020 through my credit card. I received a soft copy within 10 days but to date, I have not received the hard copy of the policy till date and all the executives are literally turning face and not ready tell the status. Their tracking software and the website is also useless. Kindly help me in this regard.

I am sorry to say this...but it's been three months but still we haven't received...the Exide amount post the death of my uncle. We have contacted Exide... many times but still don't bother about it. Even the manager o[censored]dupi branch doesn't respond properly to us. Please let me know d reason for delaying the death claim .. thank you

We have complaints against two policies of number 03208785 & 03206436 .They have cheated us about Rs 140000, and not giving any importance to our complaints for last few year.They told this were one time investment and like MIS we will get money every month and it will generate income. They also use wrong phone number so that verification couldn't be done with us .We are very helpless. Please help us to get our money.

During selling policy they told me that"we are giving special offer if you buy a policy with us today you will get scholarship for your children for childrens study and you will get loan upto 300000 whenever you want which will be deducted from your policy and you do not have to pay any interest ."
When i am trying to apply they are saying due to covind it is closed but during selling they were saying that this you get loan during covid too.

I am one of the policy holder of Exide life insurance, Policy no[protected].
Despite of so many communications to company on mails related to the fraud happened to me by one of their agent, company is paying zero botheration to the issue. Even after sending an audio to grievance cell of the company, they claim that audio un-audible.
I am very much disappointed as in my bad times the value offered to me is half of what I paid for more that 4.5 years.

I would say one of a big example o[censored]nprofessionalism, unethical practice and a case of mental harassment where one cannot withdraw his own money at his bad times.

In February 2020 i want to purchase a policy..but some issues were created so i refused to my advisor for that policy but amount was deducted in account..Still ACR is pending.. so how to get my money in my account

Mr. Amlesh is the manager, mr. Chandan was an agent and mr. Deepak is also called him an agent. Deepak called me several times and offered me 0% interest loan against the policy for 15 years and committed me to give 800000.
But three months has gone but i did not get any loan. They have my all information.
So, how i can claim my first premium and how can i complain about such people.

I submitted my bond to Mr.suraj more at nearest branch at mira bhayander .

I had given a bond to cancel the policy with in 15 days ... but the bond has been given 5 months but some details about the policy could not be found.

Mr. Suraj More only say that in the process our policy will be cancelled .. Such are they speaking from 5 months But the policy has not been cancelled yet.
So please help me immidiately.

But in my new company they were saying that my License is not cancelled in IRDA portal, If it is cancelled in the portal only...

Hello sir, mera name nilesh pansheriya he. mera policy no.04140610 he. mene 4 december ko exide life insurance ke channel partner se ek ki policy li thi.jiski premium amount 25000 he.uska name priti dobariya he. uski branch surat me mota varachha branch he. tab mere ko medical emergency aa gyi thi isliye muje policy cancel krvani thi tab priti ne muje bola policy book aa jayegi tab policy cancel hogi. meri policy book 11 december ko aa gayi thi aur 12 december ko me uske pass gya tha tab muje waha par bindiya medam mili thi.usne meri request accept nhi ki thi.sirf registered book me mera name, number aur mera reason likh diya tha.company ke rules ke hisab se policy book aa jane ke bad 15 day ki under policy cancel hoti he lekin usne mere 15 days waste kar diye. aur meri policy cancel nhi ho payi.so please sir usne muje misguide kiya he.meri policy cancel kijiye aur meri payout refund krne me help kijiye aur priti and bindiya ke against action lijiye.mere pass uska proof bhi he jis din me policy cancel krvane gya tha.wo me aapko bhej raha hu

I am writing to complain that i was invited by exide insurance from kangra district Himachal Pradesh and was forced by your agents to me up for life insurance policy. So, i wanted to cancel my insurance policy vide number : 04171440 as i don't seem to be interested continuing with it. Please offer a refund of my premium paid for the sum of inr.18999. I have joined as a adviser in reliance life insurance 2006, my adviser code no.in reliance is given no. 20049089 and my irda licence no.2577374.

The above adviser code no. Was terminated by reliance 2015 due to not carried out of business. Now, i have approached reliance company for noc certificate. They are demanding rs.2, 000/- for noc certificate. Please advice me. I want to pay the above amount for noc certificate. Pls. Confirm.

Perhaps, i am joining other life insurance company, shall i want to re-write again irda examination and want to pay rs.1, 200/- as a examination fees? Please confirm.

मै संजीत सिंह चौहान पालिसी नम्बर[protected] आपके कंपनी का बीमा धारक हूँ | आपके कंपनी एक्साईड लाइफ द्वारा दिसम्बर 2017 में रायपुर में बीमा बेचने के उद्देश्य से एक सेमिनार रखा गया था जिसमे मुझे भी बुलाया गया और आपके कर्मचारी/प्रतिनिधि ने जो बताया उसके आधार पर मै 8/12/2017 को बीमा करवा लिया | आपके द्वारा पालिसी बांड दिया गया उसको लेकर जब मै आपके प्रतिनिधि से बात किया तो उस समय मुझे समझा दिया गया और विश्वास तो करना ही पड़ेगा क्योंकि पैसा लगा चुका था | कुछ दिन पहले आपके कस्टमर केयर से बात करने पर मुझे सच्चाई पता चला और मै अपने आप को ठगा महसूस किया क्योंकि बांड में लिखे चीजों को मुझे दूसरी तरह से समझाया गया था | मै एक NGO में छोटा सा कार्यकर्त्ता हूँ मुझे एक क़िस्त भी जमा करने में मेरी हालत ख़राब हो जाती है और जब पालिसी धोखे में रखकर दी गई हो तो आप भी मेरी प्रताड़ना महसूस कर सकते हैं |
विषय ऐसा है कि -
1. मुझे पालिसी मैचुरिटी डेट - 16 साल का बताया गया, कहा गया की 16 साल तक आपको प्रीमियम भरना है फिर आप जब चाहो बोनस सहित पूरी रकम निकाल सकते हो | यह नहीं बताया कि बांड 2064 तक का है उसके पहले निकालोगे तो मूल और बोनस दोनों से अमाउंट कट जायेगा |
2. जब पालिसी मैचुरिटी डेट 2064 को लेकर मै सवाल किया तो बताया गया कि आपके पालिसी में 2064 तक कंपनी बोनस जमा करती रहेगी यदि आप पूरा पैसा नहीं निकालते हो |
3. इतना ही नहीं यह भी कहा था कि आप 4-5 साल बाद भी पालिसी बंद करवाते हो तो आप पूरा अमाउंट निकाल सकते हो |

2064 मेरी आयु बांड के अनुसार 85 साल की होगी, जबकि आज आम आदमी की अधिकतम औसतन आयु लगभग 65-70 साल की है | दूसरा जो आदमी बड़ी मुश्किल से अपना व अपने परिवार पालन-पोषण करता हो क्या वह यह पालिसी ले सकता है ?
2032 में 16 साल पूरा हो रहा था मेरी बेटी 25 यानि शादी की उम्र की होगी मुझे उस दौरान एक अधिकतम मुश्त राशि की आवश्यकता होगी क्या मै ऐसी स्थिति में ऐसी पालिसी ले सकता हूँ ?
