[Resolved] Exide Life Insurance — Charged Extra through Premium without Notice/ Bill | |||
I had to pay my premium for Insurance to Exide Life Insurance, the amount was 2030.90 but while i paid it through Credit Card they have charged 2080.90 (Rs50 extra) . When i asked them for the clarification, they have failed to explain infact the bill i have received, there is no where this Extra Rs 50 is mentioned. This deduction is arbitrary and at their wish without making the consumer aware about it before deduction. All they did is wrote in tiny letter somewhere in the website just to show case. Need Guidance and Help towards it to get the amount back with fine . Was this information helpful? | |||
