I am Prathima holding the policy number 00522542 with Exide life insurance. There has been an auto debit from my bank account on 13th nov 2024. I had not authorized for this auto debit instruction.
I tried reaching out to customer care which is now HDFC life insurance. Once I enter my policy number, it says, invalid and exits. I also tried from website. It says, some error and exits. I am not able to reach out to customer...

I had taken the agent code of exide life insurance company in 2019, now I am in SBI llife insurance company employee, this code is being shown there, for this I have completed all the process of issuing NOC in HDFC Life branch, Jodhpur, date 08/09/2023. But till now I have not received anything satisfactory from HDFC Life have not received any information regarding reply or noc and if my resignation is not updated on the noc or irdai portal of exide life insurance company before 20th of this month, then my salary will be hold this month also, I request you to send me an exide. I was go and ask past 20 days but banka manager was very irresponsible person he is doing time pass in past 20 days my career was stopped suddenly because of this POS code please solve my problem please 🙏

My father took a policy from Exide life insurance company. It was an Exide life star saver policy, and the policy no. are 04101199. The date of commencement for the policy was 30/09/2019. The policy was given to my father after thorough inspection by the Exide company. My father passed away on 17/11/2021 and when we put in the claim the company did not give us the whole claim amount which was supposed to be 4, 06, 690 but the tries to settle with us by giving us just the total premium amount we paid so far, which was 1, 22, 007 and denied paying us the claim amount on basis of non-disclosure of my father's medical condition. My father faced any medical issue after 3 months from the date of commencement of the policy and also keeping in mind that the policy was given only after all the necessary examination by the company itself. We also provided the company with all the necessary proofs from the hospital itself which clearly proved that my father did not face any issues with his health while this policy was given to him, and we did not hide anything but still the company paid us back the premium amount and cut all further communications.

I am attaching all the necessary documents as well.

3) hospital documents proving that any medical condition that was detected was after 3 months of date of commencement of policy. These documents were also provided to the company.
4) letter from Exide company that mentions us giving back the premium amount but refusing to pay the claim amount.

I have surrender my policy and submit all necessary documents but always demand fresh surrender form and my nearest branch office balasore odisha told me I have already sand fresh surrender form but my policy not surrender and my surrender amount is not refund . Please help us

In Exide life insuruace office (Lucknow) they are not giving the NOC even 2000 rupees are being asked from me to give NOC. Also there behaviour is not good
Without NOC and IRDA cancellation i am facing lots of problem to join the new company.

I had made my policy before 10 years the policy maker had promised me that the returns would be more of rs-8, 20, 000.00
And seeing that returns I had made my policy
When it got matured I got to know of that I will be getting only rs 2, 27, 429 only. I[censored] think practically if some one says me fill amount for ten years and afterwards you will only get amount less than you have filled who God dam man on this earth will make that policy
I made that policy only when Exide life promised returns of so much amount and when it's time had come they played a game and said, sir you will not get so much u will get less amount than u paid .
My Bond has been taken by Exide life
For proof I have the written document of amount I will be getting by policy maker I will attach it please check through it properly and I need my amount
