Exide Life Insurance — complain about staff members misbehave

My self mr. Rajendrakumar muljibhai patel. I regularly visit your branch of exide life insurance situated at nanpura surat for payment of my life insurance.

One of your staff member refused to take my payment
And misbehave with me. I have 2000 rupees and my premium is 1885. He didnt take it and started misbehaving with me like i[censored] want to pay than bring a cheque otherwise your payment will not accepted and after this he behaves very rude with me and that's what i wanna complain. Teach your staff that how to behave with a customer.

This is first time thats why i am complaining to you next time if this happens again with anybody i will go to grahak suraksha kendra and files a complaint against this branch.
