[Resolved] Exide Life Insurance — No reimbursement of required policy amount. | |||||
Respected sir my self sushil mishra residing in virar east, sir i had an exide life insurance policy (previously ing vyasa), i surrendered (for closure) the policy on 16 april 2016 with all documents as saied by customer care executive, after that thay gave me acknowledment receipts that withih one week my required amount ie 27000 something will be send directly through neft. but its been may 16 now still there is no amount tranferred, when i am calling customer executive they give me reply that within 3 days or 2 days it will be done, now i am fed up that executives are also giving lie reply, i dont have any means now, please help me. i even have acknowlwdgement receipts with me.
