Exide Life Insurance — Noc And update irdai Portal resignation

I had taken the agent code of exide life insurance company in 2019, now I am in SBI llife insurance company employee, this code is being shown there, for this I have completed all the process of issuing NOC in HDFC Life branch, Jodhpur, date 08/09/2023. But till now I have not received anything satisfactory from HDFC Life have not received any information regarding reply or noc and if my resignation is not updated on the noc or irdai portal of exide life insurance company before 20th of this month, then my salary will be hold this month also, I request you to send me an exide. On the noc and irdai portal of life insurance company
Please resignation and update as soon as possible.
