Exide Life Insurance — regarding money back

Since january 10-2018 we keep on struggling a lot for getting myt money back amount. No one in the customer care is responding. They wore not at working, they don't behave like a worthful employee and they are giving fake answers. Nearly "60, 000"rupies of my amount is strucked in it. From 50 days i keep on contacting customer care, they were giving wrong information.
