Exide — Replacement not sent(over 1 month delay)

I had contacted Exide for a replacement for a battery, but even after waiting for over a month now, the replacement has not arrived. I have gone to the dealer on multiple occasions, only to be told that the battery has not come. This is the state of service in India!!!
