Exide — Warranty card not issued

We have bought a exide invertor battery last year.but our dealer did not give us warranty card.we have 2years warranty.so, please issue the warranty card (or) please we want to exchange the battery as we got problem for that battery.so, kindly exchange the battery. we bought the battery in vizianagaram in A.P.
