Exilient — Very Poor Quality Products

Hi, I have bought a battery for my acer laptop and in around 8-9 months, it was only giving backup of 30 mins. It has replacement warranty of 1 Year and before buying I have been told that if anything happens in one year they will replace the battery atonce. When I raised the issue with Exilient (Eagle) customer center (Mr Suresh:[protected]) in Hyderabad they said they will test the battery and if its okay then they will not replace it since 30 mins is not a poor backup. :( Also they said that they replace only if the battery comes to service center before 6 months and after that they won't replace and if possible they may repair. For my case they denied both. I request you guys to never buy any product from this company as first they are selling cheap quality products second they don't have proper return policy.
