Acer 80cm v pro tv 2 months delay in motherboard replacement

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Acer India for my Acer 80cm V Pro TV.

On 26th June 2025, I raised a complaint regarding my TV.

A technician visited and informed me that the motherboard needs replacement. He assured me it would be fixed within 7–10 days.

Service, not provided during warranty period

I bought a 32-inch Acer TV from Amazon on[protected] vide order No.[protected]. The product has Two years warranty. My tv developed a fault about a month and a half ago, and picture and sound disappeared. Only green, blue, yellow, red colors are visible on the full screen. Service delay & replacement denial

Hi,
My Name is Yash Chandrakar. My case ID is 458912C. I registered my case on 3rd of October.
Today is 4th November and my case hasn't been resolved. It took more than a month and still the issue hasn't been resolved. I asked for a replacement which they have also not provided. I have to call regularly for updates which they didn't provide intially.

No drivers available

I refer to a few Acer Laptop models like
Acer One 14 Z2-493
Acer Aspire 3 A324-51
Acer One 14 Z8-415
These models are available for sell on Acer India online shop.
However searching for these models on support pages for Windows 11 drivers yields no results as if these models do not exists at all.

This is disappointing. Acer sells these models but does not make Windows 11 drivers available...

Poor customer service response

I purchased washing machine from Flipkart and after the installation the washing machine worked fine but after 4th day o[censored]se its making huge noise in spin function and no one responded correctly instead they are begging for to give 5star rating for the product.

I need new one to replace the old.

We bought an ACER 43 inch UD PRO TV on 19th Nov 2023 and worked till 26th Dec 2023. A technician visited and identified as board fault. Logged a complaint for warranty replacement request(No: TAM[protected]. There were multiple follow ups on emaail which is of no use. The customer representative who picked up the call is only keen on consoling and to cut the call. Fake promises are made saying that a service engineer will call you shortly. Please help us with a service engineer allotment who can visit us and replace the board with a new one.

    Requesting the Refund

    Acer Predator Helios Neo 16

    I brought it when it newly launched (6 months ago) i realised now that they been selling faulty product to work like 5-6 months to end their warrenty duration and not sell a reliable product,

    Acer Laptop - Poor performance

      Acer 32 inch tv screen issue

      I purchased acer I series google tv on 15th july from Amazon after using it for two months tv screen started blinking and automatically turned off. It happened for few days later I contacted acer support team after checking the technician said the motherboard would be replaced and it would take 10 days for this process however they took almost a month when they replaced the part my google tv turned to Android tv with less RAM and storage....

      I want to sugest everybody that kindly dont purchase acer tv becouse its customer support system is very poor .Once you fecing problum no budy help you. They just sell you and forget.Even you cant find any help for instalation too....
