I purchase acer 58 inch tv on[protected] through Amazon. Now my screen shows vertical white lines. I complained to the acer company and a tv mechanic visited and told the panel has to be replaced but it will take 15 to 20 days for replacement. My worry is my warranty is getting expired by[protected]..

      My Acer 80 cm (32 inches) P series HD Ready Android Smart
      LED TV is not turning on since 8 Sept 2022.
      It is still in warranty so I complained about it on 9 sept 2022 via phone [protected].
      I received reference number 220909MHCD204753 for my reported issue.

      On 9 sept 2022 acer technician visited for checking led tv and told that he will need to replace the led tv screen and it will take 15-20 days.

      I had purchased an Acer laptop which cost me 1, 04, 999 INR from Flipkart on 25th November 2021.
      In period of 6-7 months o[censored]sage the laptop was not turning on, so I went to acer service center, and it took around (04 July 2022 to 19 July 2022) 15 days where they replaced the motherboard told me it was faulty and had to be replaced (CASE ID - 4591764I).

      After 2 months on 17 September 2022 my laptop again got issues with...

      My complaint number is 2g21-37141mbscjc.
      I had registered a complaint regarding display issue in my tv and was promised by acer team that i will be getting a replacement tv. Its been almost 2 months now and i still haven't got any replacament nor i have got any confirmation or update on my complaint.

        A one month old TV had to be replaced. Almost 2 months over. The replacement has not come

        If I don't get a replacement within 2 days, I will complain in consumer forum

            I have bought ACER TV 55 inch Ultra HD 4k on 2nd of may, 2022 from Flipkart which got delivered to me on 4th of May, 2022. Since day 1 of the purchase the WiFi of the TV is not working, the TV is running extremely slow, no 4k support is there nor is there any contact number available on Acer Website regarding the grievances. Somehow, i managed to raise a ticket/complaint vide Complaint No. 220817DLCD198177 but availed no resolution till date....

            I have ordered acer Nitro 5 on acer store website on 31 st July 2022 and it got delivered on 3rd August 2022. The acer Nitro 5 I received was completed dead it didn't turn on and wasn't charging at all so I called acer customer service and registered a complaint. I got a call next day from my nearest acer service centre F1 solutions prakash nagar Hyderabad, and I took the laptop there and submitted everything and the guy said to me on DOA...

              I bought a laptop 8 months before and since from that day I am getting problem in my speaker . The service center are unable to solve the issue, they always replace those speakers but they don't have a better solution . This is my third time i am replacing those speakers . I want acer to replace my laptop because i think there is some hardware issues ....

              The laptop worked only for 6 month and rest it was all black screen..such a cheap product.Dont fool costumers by selling such cheap and nonsense product...i want my money back it was better i should have got dell or lenovo laptop than yours

                  I had purchased a laptop from Flipkart on May 01st 2021 and received the product on May 05th 2022. According to Acer warranty terms the purchaser has to register with Acer warranty after purchasing. According to that in acer warranty validation website my warranty expiry date is 21/05/2022(screenshot attached). Now on May 02th 2022 the laptop does not turn on. I had raised complaint through mail from then Acer customer support executives...

                  I had purchased acer nitro 5 a month ago but the laptop was defected its screen wont turning on after i visit the service center they told me that there was a issue in my laptops motherboard then i submit my laptop to them but after 14 days they didnt receive the parts from acer india after 14 days i called them and they told me that my laptop will be replaced by a new one but i hv to wait more 3 days to get the details about replacement....

                  From a month I have an issue in my laptop, it is showing a blue screen error too much about 2-3 time in a day, untill I disconnect battery and wait around 10 min. Because of that system is getting slower than usual....
