Defective Acer TV (AR50QDQGR2851AD) - Power-on Issue, No Resolution Despite Multiple Follow-ups

Service, not provided during warranty period

I bought a 32-inch Acer TV from Amazon on[protected] vide order No.[protected]. The product has Two years warranty. My tv developed a fault about a month and a half ago, and picture and sound disappeared. Only green, blue, yellow, red colors are visible on the full screen.     I submitted a request for Order ID - OD[protected] on Flipkart on December 8, 2024. However, a month later, on January 8, 2025, it was rejected. I contacted customer support and they informed me that Acer had rejected the return request. They provided me with Acer's contact information, but it was invalid. The contact then forwarded me another number, which was also invalid. has now been 12 days since then, and the technician from Acer did not come to inspect the product as scheduled on December 22.

    issues are as follows:
    1. The display has a yellowish tint (similar to Reading mode on a smartphone but always on), which is very disturbing.
    2. The build quality is extremely poor; I have no confidence it will last even year.
    3. The battery charger and other accessories are from a third-party company called BSY.
    4. The fans are excessively loud, like a jet engine, even when using just the browser.
    5. The battery backup is terrible.
    6. The RAM is 1600 instead of 3200, and the processor only works at full capacity when plugged in.
    Frankly, I am. Please send someone to collect the laptop and process the refund as I have already ordered a new one. The laptop is in great condition since I have hardly used it.

      Hi,
      My Name is Yash Chandrakar. My case ID is 458912C. I registered my case on 3rd of October.
      Today is 4th November and my case hasn't been resolved. It took more than a month and still the issue hasn't been resolved. I asked for a replacement which they have also not provided. I have to call regularly for updates which they didn't provide intially.
      This support is extremely disgusting. It doesn't take a month to repair any electronic device ACER. Kindly Help escalate my issue to the highest level otherwise these guys just won't notice.
      Why do customers have to suffer always?

        I refer to a few Acer Laptop models like
        Acer One 14 Z2-493
        Acer Aspire 3 A324-51
        Acer One 14 Z8-415
        These models are available for sell on Acer India online shop.
        However searching for these models on support pages for Windows 11 drivers yields no results as if these models do not exists at all.

        This is disappointing. Acer sells these models but does not make Windows 11 drivers available on support pages.

          Poor customer service response

          I purchased washing machine from Flipkart and after the installation the washing machine worked fine but after 4th day o[censored]se its making huge noise in spin function and no one responded correctly instead they are begging for to give 5star rating for the product.

          We bought an ACER 43 inch UD PRO TV on 19th Nov 2023 and worked till 26th Dec 2023. A technician visited and identified as board fault. Logged a complaint for warranty replacement request(No: TAM[protected]. There were multiple follow ups on emaail which is of no use. The customer representative who picked up the call is only keen on consoling and to cut the call. Fake promises are made saying that a service engineer will call you shortly. Please help us with a service engineer allotment who can visit us and replace the board with a new one.

            I have booked complaint in acer india on 30/12/2023 for "no display" complain in my new laptop A715-76G (purchased on 07/10/23) and has been given case ID 5466921i.But next day the case status showing "migrated" in acer site. I sent an email to acer customer care as none is attending my laptop and as a result a new caseID M5466921C was given. On 04/01/2024 acer engineer came and checked my laptop and declared the motherboard problem. Since then no further action from acer till date and my laptop lying dead. I phoned several times to attending acer service centre and every time they assured the problem will be attended within a week but no action in actual. It has been long 20 days that my laptop lying dead and unattended.

              I have bought acer laptop in June 2022, and within one year i had display issue, next motherboard issue within sort time. Then i have fought with company many times and i replaced with the new laptop in Feb 2023.

              I brought it when it newly launched (6 months ago) i realised now that they been selling faulty product to work like 5-6 months to end their warrenty duration and not sell a reliable product,

              Respected Sir/ Madem,

              We have purchased a laptop (Acer 15 Aspire5 12Gi5) on[protected]. After careful consideration we bough it considering its warranty and configurations.

              In the span of 6 months usage, the device encountering heating issue, auto shut down and system crashes. It is highly disappointing with its performance for the simple software uses like Python and Teams.

              We have raised multiple cases 5450532I, 5343699I. Today acer technician checked the laptop and found the RAM is having defects, is to be replaced. It is deeply concerning on its performance within the span of 6 months, and it is second incident where the system is completely shut ( Ofdisplay light) .

                Am so frustrated with your company products. This is not happening for the first time.
                I bought it in June 2022, then I fought with your company and was replaced on 12 Jan 2023

                Still not one year completed again and I am facing too many issues. This is not fair enough. With a brand new laptop, I can't use your laptop even for one year.

                I need a proper solution and refund my back.
