Good Afternoon,
This is in reference with the plot I had purchased at Roha, with Customer ID-C1200172 .
All the payment/EMI, has completed in November'2016, and it was committed by the company that within three months of last EMI, the plot will be registered in my name. But now 36 months have passed and as such there is no communication from Expat regarding registration of this plot which is a point of serious concern.
I tried contacting on phone many times but either the call did'nt get connected or the call was not taken. I have also send nine mails uptill now but there is no response. Neither the Expat/Prudent company is updating me about the status of registration of the plot, and this is creating a wrong negative image of the company and also proves negative intentions as to why the Expat people are not responding.
I visited the sight twice at Roha, but there was only security guard, who could not reply to my quarries nor he was in a position of giving me contact details of any of the staff of expat/prudent. According to him the company has closed the sight office.
This has created a suspense image of the company and I am under great mental stress, being scared of losing my plot and money I am being forced to take the matter legally
Pls let me know asap, as to when the Expat/Prudent company will get the registration of the above said plot, as due to ignorance from your part is leading me into great stress and depression for which Expat company and employees are solely responsible. I am not able to understand as to why the company is not responding to my quires/mails and why they are not executing their agreement, which clearly proves the mal- intentions of the company. Inspite of my various phone calls and e-mails.
Why the company is ignoring our mails, just cannot understand. I had tried by all the means to contact you people and the authorities of the company, but am not able to trace you out where you have disappeared. The security guard whom you had deployed at the site is not able to give your location or you contact number and your office address, In such a situation the company is creating doubts in customers proving that they have no intentions of returning our land or money and also forcing us to proceed with the case legally and through media.
Please take action on our complaints and contact us as early as possible, or else we will proceed legally.
