I have purchased a 1 acre plot in expat group talla Valley project on 5 yrs emi system... My emi has been completed but the company isn't providing any details regarding to it... Mumbai office is shut down... Lots of mails have been sent on their service email... But no response... The number provided on website of the company isn't valid......

I have paid the full amount associated with a half acre property at Expat Carnival in Sindurg province and its been almost 3 years since completion of my payment and there is no sense as to when I will get my property official transferred on my name. They are literally playing with NRI's money operating a ponzi scheme and I have starting writing to RBI and RERA and also taking this up through the financial crimes division in all 6 countries...

Expat props have collected money from us since 2013, now they do not respond via email or they do not take our calls. They have cheated many NRI's please someone should take matter to the right authority so that these fraudsters are brought to Justice....

This is in reference with the plot I had purchased at Roha, with Customer ID-C1200172 .

All the payment/EMI, has completed in November'2016, and it was committed by the company that within three months of last EMI, the plot will be registered in my name. But now 35 months have passed and as such there is no communication from Expat regarding registration of this plot which is a point of serious concern.br...

I would like to raise a complaint after several follow-ups and no response from Expat group even since 2018-19. I paid my hard money and lost all hopes as these peoples are really not at all customer oriented. Not a single call I have received since last 3 years. I paid whole amount for the plot. I have all valid EMI's slip but where to raise a complaint I want my money back. Please let me know if I can register a case against this company...

I invested with Sampanna for a half acre plot in 2008 and then another investment in Riahika 2 in Mangaon, The representative here in Dubai did not mention that it is an Agri plot for Mangaon and hence i had requested for a refund for the same. Also the sampanna project in Thuraiyur was changed to Swarnika and the plot is still not handed over to me. Though i have paid the entire sum and also registered, they are yet to handover. Fraud company, please don't invest in any of the expat project. We had invested 2.5 lakhs for half acre in mahika hiriyur project. Till date no information about registration. No response to any of our calls or mails....

I booked a 1/2 acre plot in Mahika, (Hiriyur-Karnataka) land project in 2012 and paid entire amount. But till now we have not received any update and no response to our email/calls.

After doing lot of research & verifications with multiple investors we found it fraud company.

Website and projects updated in website are also fake projects.

Me and my friends has invested in Expat through one of my friend associate partner to Expat in 2011 for a 1/2 acre plot in Mahika project with dreams of owning my own land with really hard earned money at tougher times, got ruined by Expat. Initially in 2010 purchased land at KRITI PROJECT, RAIGAD. Project wasn't completed. Asked for a return of invested amount with compensation in 2015 but was refused and convinced to swap for a project at Goa, since I'm from Goa. Totally purchased 3 smart 1 BHK apts. not delivered to date, they are in denial of my total paid investment of rs.50L. Now under a revised site plan the building I invested in does not exist in their latest revised...

Expat Properties have cheated over 7000 investors who had trust on them but these Crooks and scoundrels were Decietful and Deceptive in their day to day activities

My family has invested over Rs 26 lakhs, for 2 apartments of 1 BHK at the Vida Building at “The Wisdom Tree Community - Taloja” of The Expat Group. 2 properties brought in 2013and 2015, no one answers the phone or email . Only empty promises that registration has begun . More than 35 lacs is stuck with bearly little to non communication a generic emal since FEb 2021.

I have sent various reminders email but no one gets in touch and gives any update . I want a refund at the soonest .I do not want to deal with Expat any more .

Family and friends all together bought 11 plots of half acre each in 2014 from Expat. We all paid entire amount and registration was due in 2019. Inspite of several calls and exchange o[censored]nlimited messages, neither refund is initiated nor registeration is done on our names.
