Company ne Site highway per Dikhai aur jab registry Kari To 1 km Piche Ek bade Naale Piche Di, Aur map bhi badal diya apni Society ka. Jhuth bolkar plot sale karti hai ye company, En per trust na kare. Ye Chor Company hai, Aur aaj 6 saal ho gaye kuch kaam bhi nahi kiya site per.

    Maine Bhi Es Unicare Group Se Unicare City Ph II Me 100 Gaj Ka Plot Liya Tha aur company Ne humse Development charges bhi liye the per aaj 8 saal baad bhi waha zameen hai bas ye bhi nahi pata ki mera plot kaha hai, Ye Company fraud hai, Chor hai, Es Company per Bharosa Na Kare. Jab Maine enke agent se pucha to vo kehta hai usne Nokari Chodd di, kiyonki Company apni kisi bhi saite per development nahi karati, company customer se paise leke kahi aur laga deti hai.

        I had taken a plot of 100 yards from Unicare Group in Shri Banke Bihari kunj phase 4 today, it has been 7 years, there is no development, No electricity No water has been given on their site, only Temporary road and 4 pillars have been installed on the plot, that pillar is also missing now It happened when when the plot was taken, their officers were saying that they will do everything, but now they say that when we said that we will give Rcc road, electricity, water, this company has cheated us.

          We had taken a plot from Unicare Company in Shri banke bihari vatika PH-2 which the company showed us on the main highway at the time of taking it but now the company changed its site map and our plot 500 meters behind a drain and also the money Not giving back what to do now?

                I (Shikha Sharma) have been calling the call center since 2015 for the return of my invested money in Plot Number: A39, 300 sq yards, Unicare Residency, Phase 2, at NH 12 near Nevai (Registration number: UDI/UR-II/00253.

                Till date the company is not refunding my money, please advise the status of the same as no one is giving me a proper response.

                This is sheer cheating as the agents of the company gave all false promises at the time of investment.

                  I have booked a plot in unicare homes in gelpur bhiwadi near alwar by pass road in 2014. I continuous given payment till 2016 about 75 precent. But there is no development and i pause my payment. In 2020 also there is no development and initially saying that 2017 this project is completed. I phone to unicare for revert back my payment and they say money is not revert back you can shift in other project. But i dont want to shift in other project due to cheated behavior o[censored]nicare.

                    I and my 7 other friends had purchased eight plots of size 100sqr yrds each 7 years ago in unicare city newai (Rajasthan) from unicare developer & infrastructure pvt. Ltd ten yrs has been passed zero development, no clu. We all are paid maximum amount through instalment. We requested many times for receipt of payment and no possession of plot. I request refund my payment with interest. Many other consumers also facing this problem.
                    But no body o[censored]nicare staff giving reply.

                      I think the unicore is fooling and its a spam in the area. They even saying to customer that we have so many phases and booking are open but there customer departments even don’t know the exact information to the people and say that we will back to you with our senior member and now they are open in netaji subhash chand palace there office in 4th floor and in phn its showing a spam in truecaller, i think its like sahara that they keep the money and enjoy for their own.

                        I was booked a plot in unicare shree govind vatika phase 3. 3+ years ago. But from time of booking till now there is zero devlopment.in three years whenever i asked about devlopment of land they told me that devlopment is in progress. They said to give water line, electricity, roads, demarcation, registry, park. My payment was completed 1 year ago there is no dues pending they said to give possession of plot within 36 months from date of booking. Now i request to refund my money back because of no devlopment and no possession. They said we will deduct 20% money paid by you. Company denied to full refund. I was sent them letter asking to refund but no reply from them.

                          I had purchased 2 plots of 200 sq yards each approx 6 years ago in unicare residency. I visited the place 4 times but just found a board nothing else. I asked them for registry. They promised me for registry and given me dates to reach kote. But every time cancelled the appointment just closed to the date saying that owner is not free/available on that date. After that i stopped giving installments and asked for registry. Now unicare residency has been devived in many phases from ph1 to ph6. I dont have any clue now in which phase my property is. Request for clarification on my property.

                            I have Honda unicorn Nov 2011 model and ran about 25000 kilometers. From last two years my bike is giving 25 Kilometers per liters and it becomes two expensive for me.

                            I am really frustrated due to this issue and service centers are not helping to solve this problem.

                            Company needs look into this issue and give a permanent solution.

                            My father was I'll and some from the builder has taken the 20000/- amount as an booking amount for a plot in Mathura.
                            Now he is ICU and when I asked GM Ramprasad for refund for his treatment.
                            He completely refused.
                            Even not bothered to understand his situation.

                                There is no development, C.L.U. and no registory of plots.SO we requested to cancell our plots give us payments very soon with interst. About two months passed no payment given to us.We requested many times to refund our money . about Rs 1203010 (Twelve lac three thousand ten )+ interest but all in vain.Please do necessary action for refund our payments.We are all mentally disturb after not receiving back payement.We all ready given applications for cancellation of plot and refund money.

                                  Unicare is totally fraud. I purchased 2 plots there of 200 sq yds each. Everytime I ask for a date for registry they give me a date but always comeup with an excuse that the company director is buzy and not avail to kota for transfering land. They are just opening new housing schemes to grab more money. Instead they should be clearing the muck they have spread in the past. Totally fraud company please don't rely on them.
