Sir,
I have purchased a plot in re nagar, kundrathur on 14.10.2015. They promised us an airconditioner, free patta transfer and fencing around the plot in writting. Till date we did not get these things and pandiaraj, md not at all receiving the calls. We have visited several times to their office but no use. Please help us how we can take action against their company. We have settled full amount.

    Dear sir,
    I am vijayakumar staying in choolaimedu. I purchase a plot in kelambakkam through the land promoter (Yume home – no 23 & 24, 15th street, 2nd avenue, ashok nagar, chennai-600 083) and the registration happened on 02.03.2015 in thiruporur register office. Still now i didn't got my land document.
    I came to know that mr. S. Chittibabu having my document (No 9, 14th cross street, new colony, chromepet, ch-44).
    Chittibabu and yume home have some problem in money settlement. So that guy have my plot document.
    Yume home owner name is pandiaraj. Mobile no is [protected].
    Please help me to get my property document.

    You have receipt of sale deed & payment / or have you paid through cheque / demand draft. Don't do any cash transaction

    1. Get duplicate copy of sale deed,
    1. Get photocopy of cheque / demand draft. With your bank statement.
    2. Go to nearest district court. (Chengelpet/kanchipuram/saidapet).
    3. File 3 different criminal case of forgery. Robbing, cheating etc.
    4. Ask court to issue non-bailable warrant, and meet nearest police office for arresting him.
    5. Put him in prison for 10 yrs
