I would like to inform you that i had purchased this property at mahad - plot no.44 (Chimbhave) (Ananya) project in 2008.

We were given to understand that in 5 years there would be demarcation of our plots, roads would be constructed and water & electricity will be given at one centre point on the plot. The agricultural status of the plot would be changed to
Na as development of the area would take place and would incure...

My name is yogesh i had invested in expat for 1 acre plot my sale deed done in 2018 but still not get the possession of my land. On calling and mailing expat properties representative would say me the will happen soon, but from past 12 months the concerned person is avoiding my call when ever i call they are busy in meeting or the receptionist will say will call back soon but till now there is no single call from expat representatives. There are more complaints related to this it seems to be a bigger scam in plot dealing.

My name is narayana and i had invested in "expat properties" for 1 acre land in "mahika" project. I had paid full amount through installment (Ecs) and closed all the dues 3 years back but even after 3 years they are not even responding to any of our calls. I tried reaching them through their office numbers[protected]/[protected]/[protected] but nobody is answering to our calls and calls are ending after connecting.

The below are the details shared with me by expat properties on the property which i had invested:

Expat has committed to start mystic hills-2 registration in the month of oct. 2019. This is not a first commitment date given, they are repeatedly extending registration date. Now no one is taking responsibility. No responsible person is available at office.
Mr. Berlyn d'soza contact no. Has given but it is switched off from long tome.
Need to put a fir against expat.
I think, it's a scam....

The project was supposed to be completed by july 2018 and in a case of exigency a further delay of 6 months as per the contract would be december 2018 or jan 2019.

Till date the registration process has not been initiated and there is no status update or reply to email sent on [protected]@expat-group.com. The previous email ids of the relationship manager are no longer active.

As per the agreement clause i want a refund of the amount invested.

My wife and i had invested with expat properties in 2012. The project was sanaaya in maharashtra. After payment the company was unable to register the same we were offered a refund in 2014. However in five years the response of the company has been poor. What is more alarming is the fact that one cannot file a complaint with any office other than the mumbai office which is handling the case.

I booked an apartment of 2bhk in taloja in expat properties project in the year 2015 and was supposed to get the priperty by 2019 but havent seen any developments. Inspite of instructing a refund since 2017, i havent recieved a single penny. Agnell and berlin has always giving me false promises for refund.
Now they are not even available on phone. Their mobile numbers also switched off.
If you call their office their security man answers the phone and just ask for our name as if we will get a call bqck but it always go unanswered.

I and my father had purchased 3 acres of land from expat in 2009.
So far they haven’t registered these proprieties as promised even after paying the complete amount. We had one meeting in 2017 in pune with amit kumar and berlin and were informed that sanaya is fenced and ready for possession and also were promised that the farmers certificate and registration will be done by them at their cost, however nothing has been done till date. We again had a meeting in 2018 with the same people, and amit kumar said that they were facing problems with the sanaya property and hence they will reimburse the amount along with the interest for the property which is still pending.

After a lot of follow up day and night from my end they finally promised that they will pay me for 1 plot with a monthly installment of 50 thousand from september 2018. It has been 14 months now and i have only received 6 installments. For the other 2 plots no decisions have been taken by them so far.

I even wrote an email to their ceo mr. Santosh shetty but he did not even have the courtsey to respond to my mail. This is the level of customer satisfaction provided.

I urge customers from dubai and all around the world to stop investing with expat as they are full of empty promises and lies.

I had done an investment with expat properties in year 2013. I have paid the entire amount against this investment in a plot in their project 'hiranya' in village parinche, taluka purandar, district pune, maharashtra, booking id - b1302072. I have not received any response on the project progress and when will my plot be registered on my name. I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact their offices in pune and mumbai.

All the sales people from their pune office have left the job and there is no one that can be contacted in pune. I have been trying to get in contact with their mumbai office but most of the times the call gets auto-disconnected. On calling from different number the receptionist gives dubious responses like - the sales people are in a training / sales person has asked to call again next week / etc. It seems clear that they are trying to avoid any contact with existing customer.

This is a very stressful and distressing experience. I have paid with my hard earned money and it is scary that the company might run away with it leaving nothing in my hand. It is unfortunate that such fraudsters are a big hindrance for small scale entrepreneurs killing all the enthusiasm. It is more difficult especially for women like me particularly when it is already so difficult to make ends meet.

Kindly help me resolve this issue. Expat properties must hand over completed project and the registration of my plot should be done as soon as possible.

Project is delayed by more than a year and now no one is picking up the phone. I doubt that they may be planning to run away. All their contact numbers are simply ringing and no one picking up the phone.
Can someone help in getting refund of my amount or getting the possession of the plot?
Also, it appears that many other investors have also not got the possession. I enquired and visited many of their properties before finilasing the deal but now it appears that it is fraud company and may be even escaped out of the country.

I have been writing to them several times over last one month asking for an update on the properties that i had purchased from them namely the garv project and whispering water project.
I have not received any response till now.

I have tried all of their phone numbers in the web site and nothing works. None in india nor abroad is in working condition.

I have made booking of plots at expat nidhi (Customer id c1320113 – booking id b1308666) during february 2014 and have completed payments for the plots in february 2016, with good belief with their sales team. However, i have not received the plots and the money is not fully refunded to me till date. I am following up with expat properties for the past 3 ½ years for the refund. They are unable to even give a date of refund as they are “very much distress over fund and would need some more time to revert on payment schedule”. To wait indefinitely for the refund is not acceptable to me at this juncture.in view of the above, please advise expat properties to refund the amount at the earliest. Thanks and regards,

I have made all the required payments in time. There has been several instances they sent emails saying that i have to pay penalty for no payments. After raising complaint they would revert back requesting to ignore the email. It has been more than 6 months they requested me to make payment for registration. Till now no registration is done nor do they reply to any of my email. Not a trustworthy company. I contemplating to raise a case aginst them.

I am Ramesh Bhosale from Mumbai. We, a group of 8 persons invested money in their project Park View, Roha and Greenfields, Roha in Jan. 2012. Till date no possession, no refund of money- only giving false assurances. As this is a case of 'MONEY LAUNDERING' and a big SCAM & FRAUD involving cheating of the innocent investors of the amount of around Rs.1000 crores, we are going to file a Writ Petition in the Bombay High Court to seek direction for investigation of the case by the Enforcement Directorate ( The E.D. ), the C.B.I. and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office ( SFIO ). Please do not trust or invest with the expat properties. These people are unbelievable. I bought 02 plots from located at theni back in 2013 from their dubai office. They took all the documents from me stating for registration. Till date, sep 2019, no news of the plots nor registration nor refunding the money i paid them. Since last three years, they are arranging funds to pay me ie. Aed. 17000. I have the email correspondence if anyone like...

I invested in their three projects, namely
One 2 bhk apartment in vida goa,
One 2 bhk apartment in chandapura bangalore and
Three plots sindhidurg near mopa goa.

I invested with 100% payment option since 2015.

I still don’t have even registration documents for any of these properties, forget about the actual delivery.

Expat vida was the only property where some site construction started, i even got an invite to come to goa for registration, i made my travel arrangements, however last moment even that was cancelled citing weird reasons.

The other two properties where i invested, namely expat chandapura and sindhidurgh didn't even took off.

The worst part is they don't even respond to emails. Their local office is qatar is almost non existing.
