My wife and i had invested with expat properties in 2012. The project was sanaaya in maharashtra. After payment the company was unable to register the same we were offered a refund in 2014. However in five years the response of the company has been poor. What is more alarming is the fact that one cannot file a complaint with any office other than the mumbai office which is handling the case....

I booked an apartment of 2bhk in taloja in expat properties project in the year 2015 and was supposed to get the priperty by 2019 but havent seen any developments. Inspite of instructing a refund since 2017, i havent recieved a single penny. Agnell and berlin has always giving me false promises for refund.

I invested with 100% payment option since 2015.
