I have booked properties through the company since 2014. The same are not delivered to me yet. The details are as under.

Mountain Abode - Studio Apartments - BID: B1400058
I have already paid about 1355000 Rupees so far.
There is no response from [protected]@expat-group.com so far. I wrote to them several time.

    Paid 500000 lakhs towards the Nidhi project of Expat properties and the land was supposed to be registered in 2018. Till today no update from the company and the ph no I have does not work.

      Expat property office has sold Project ID 361-IND-MH-MY4, Project name - Mystic, Hills IV, Location - Chive, Majare Jambhulpada, Maharashtra India, to me in Kuwait pn 2017 and they aren't updating on this property. Always they are giving false excuses.

              I have purchased 1 acre land in 2011 on installments of 5 years from Expat properties in project Ruchita-I (Dakhane). I gave all the installments on time. the plot was supposed to be handed over in 2016 its 2022 they have still not given the land.

              They asked me to pay 60K for transaction on farm land which also I have given. But they stopped after responding.

              I tried to reach their management umpteen times. No one responded.

              I would the refund of the entire amount. Please help

                      Have invested in this company under the monthly instalment scheme for total 5 years after receiving the complete money the company did not get back to us regarding the procedure to handover our property, after multiple follow up and calls to the mumbai office we got to know that the land was not available with them only hence we lost hope of getting any land from them and asked for our money to be returned they agreed to return our money with interest but unfortunately we have to follow up with them even after which we have still not received our money. Now they have fled / closed down the Mumbai office and we are at a loss how to get in touch with them only alternative left is that we all investors go to their Bangalore office and meet the CEO that is if he too has not gone underground and try getting our money back.

                        I had invested in the project Nidih, Banaglore. I had purchased 1500 sq.ft of land at Rs. 400 per sq. ft. Till now it is not transferred to my name. Whenever I try to contact the person here in Kuwait, he is not picking up the phone. There was an office in Kuwait where nobody sits there. His name was Nideesh Kuniyil.

                        I am still awaiting registration / update on Expat Garv. They have closed their offices in Dubai and no responses on their published numbers in the website. Can anyone shed any light on what is happening with our hard earned money.

                          Myself, Poonam Shah, has booked a plot of one acre on, one time partial adv, 60 months EMI and at possession again to pay one time amount, totalling to Rs 9 lakhs.

                          In month of Feb 2020, was contacted by Expat that they are starting registration process. Thereafter Covid-19 and than news in May - June 2020 that Expat has issues.

                          Pls either the registration maybe done or to get back the money paid to expat...

                            Dear Sir, in 2011, Expat Properties entered into an agreement of handing over of One Acre Land after Development at ROHA under the ROYAL ESTATE II Project. The land was to be handed over by 2016. Its been 6 years since then, however, no contact from firm on their OWN and last contact was established by Me in 2020. I am enclosing few of the screen shots on the subject IBID.
