I am still waiting to hear back from Expat Properties on Customer ID - C1206600 / C1206459.

Project : 156-IND-MH-PAL Mountain Abode

No one seems to pick up the phone or adher to our problems...

Completion promised in 2013 and upto 2017 fake promises of extensions

No resolution till date

All fraud
Don’t see going anywhere
No resolution

The team is dead and they don’t even respond...

I have purchased 1 acre land in 2011 on installments of 5 years from Expat properties in project Ruchita-I (Dakhane). I gave all the installments on time. the plot was supposed to be handed over in 2016 its 2022 they have still not given the land.

They asked me to pay 60K for transaction on farm land which also I have given. But they stopped after responding.

I tried to reach their management umpteen times....

I have purchased lend from expat at mahad tudil on 10 year ago there is no reply for this.
Still I m not received possession for lend.
No contact information & no reply email.
Pl give solutions on this

I had invested in your Zenith project but still registration is pending, I had send many mails but no one is reverting....

I have invested in carnival project 1/2 acar property in goa im ahave done email call messages there is no reply i want my full refund amount....

Have invested in this company under the monthly instalment scheme for total 5 years after receiving the complete money the company did not get back to us regarding the procedure to handover our property, after multiple follow up and calls to the mumbai office we got to know that the land was not available with them only hence we lost hope of getting any land from them and asked for our money to be returned they agreed to return our money...

I had invested in the project Nidih, Banaglore. I had purchased 1500 sq.ft of land at Rs. 400 per sq. ft. Till now it is not transferred to my name. Whenever I try to contact the person here in Kuwait, he is not picking up the phone. There was an office in Kuwait where nobody sits there. His name was Nideesh Kuniyil.

If i can get atleast my money what I invested it would be fine. Due to the Corona, I had lost my job, which...

I bought 3 properties from expat properties since 2013…. Still I have not received any!!! Not able to contact their office and have detail discussion on the project!!!...

I am still awaiting registration / update on Expat Garv. They have closed their offices in Dubai and no responses on their published numbers in the website. Can anyone shed any light on what is happening with our hard earned money....

Myself, Poonam Shah, has booked a plot of one acre on, one time partial adv, 60 months EMI and at possession again to pay one time amount, totalling to Rs 9 lakhs.

In month of Feb 2020, was contacted by Expat that they are starting registration process. Thereafter Covid-19 and than news in May - June 2020 that Expat has issues.

Pls either the registration maybe done or to get back the money paid to expat...

We have two plots in Carnival project, Sindhudurg. Trying for over a year to get some feedback from you. Booking no B1500236.

Please update whether we are likely to get our land/ refund.

Dear Sir, in 2011, Expat Properties entered into an agreement of handing over of One Acre Land after Development at ROHA under the ROYAL ESTATE II Project. The land was to be handed over by 2016. Its been 6 years since then, however, no contact from firm on their OWN and last contact was established by Me in 2020. I am enclosing few of the screen shots on the subject IBID.

I have invested around 8 lakh rupees in this project known as harmony, its been more than 6 years and these guys promised to handover the property within 4 years but still there is no communication regarding registration of the property every time I ask them they just send the automated mail. I just want my property registered or my hard-earned money back. My BKID B1500947 and Customer ID is C1327690...

I purchased 2 land parcels of 1 acre each from Expat in 2011.
No possession is given yet.
False promises were given by their customer representatives till 3 years back about possession. Now none of them are contactable....

I have invested in this property from 2010 and has invested nearly 3, 00, 000/-. They had promised me to return the amount with interest of 10% but now they don't reply...

We have paid Full amount of plot to Expat properties...but now there is no contact available. We think they make fool us. Our amount was 550000/* rupees. Plot no 1 at Raigarh district...

Hi, I have purchased a land with Expat Properties: Project Sundew Haven, plot no. 45.

This is fully paid as per agreement that was executed on 18 July 2011.

I would highly appreciate if this Principal amount of INR 14 Lakhs can be refunded in full, along with proper Compensation interest of minimum 15% for the losses in income over a period of almost 12 years.

We had booked 2 plots in Expat Carnival in 2016 and after payments, we do not get any response from their representatives.They have even stopped taking our calls now.Their Kuwait and Qatar offices are closed.
