I purchased 2 land parcels of 1 acre each from Expat in 2011.
No possession is given yet.
False promises were given by their customer representatives till 3 years back about possession. Now none of them are contactable.

          Hi, I have purchased a land with Expat Properties: Project Sundew Haven, plot no. 45.

          This is fully paid as per agreement that was executed on 18 July 2011.

          I would highly appreciate if this Principal amount of INR 14 Lakhs can be refunded in full, along with proper Compensation interest of minimum 15% for the losses in income over a period of almost 12 years.

            We had booked 2 plots in Expat Carnival in 2016 and after payments, we do not get any response from their representatives.They have even stopped taking our calls now.Their Kuwait and Qatar offices are closed.

              Regarding the plot purchase named Pragati plot no 90, located at village khandalwada, taluka Mhasala, district Raigad, Maharashtra. All payments done from my side thru down payment & emi. This plot was supposed to be handover bt 2018 dec. I approached expat in 2019 for handover but every now & then they had excuse for handover of plot.               Registration of Plots at Paradise City Project , Mopa Area

              Address: Vida Uptown. Panelim Village, Kadamba Plateau, Near Panjim Old Goa Highway , Next to Gera School, Tiswadi Taluka-403402 -Goa

              I have fully paid for two plots with nos. 720 & 723 (total 1000sq metres) with CID/B1600868 & CID/B1601276 Paradise City Project, Mopa Area IN 2016, I was supposed to have possession of these plots registration, but in vain no news, the company stop communicating. The Goa Government as well Indian Government should help us to recover our money from this company .

                Land acquisition cost fully paid but registration not done or refund.

                I was approached by expat properties
                Dubai office while I was employed in Dubai. In 2014. I was introduced to the project Mystic hills CLP 2 & i paid for 2 plots of 2000 swt each & an advance booking amount for 2 plots in their Expat Samruddhi project in Nagothane. I gave PDC for 10 lakhs INR for mystic hills plots & 1+ lakhs INR for samruddhi project. I was told that the development is in progress & the plots would be registered...

                    Dear All

                    I booked this plot through expat properties on 15/11/201 6, all payments were made in 2017, its about 05 years, however i had not yet received final custody or registry of my plot i had been sending multiple email no response, calling on their number but no response. please don't put your hard earned money with this company they are making fool of common public .we need to take these people to court.

                      Investment in Tala Valley project.

                      I had invested in Tala Valley project located in Kashekhol Village District Ratnagiri of Expat project Pvt Ltd. In year 2012.. I was alloted plot no 229 and plot no 236 admeasuring 4040 Sq. Mts. each for total consideration ₹ 775000/- for each plot. As per agreement registered in state of Karnataka I paid the said amount in 60 month. Company had promised handover of plot in 5 years but till now no reply and no refund.

                        Dear team,
                        I have purchased a plot with expat carnival project in sindhudurg district cid no C1340241 a few years back on instalment basis...which maximum payment has been done. Over 2 years now they automatically stopped the installments they take from my bank account...only a year was left...

                        There was no communication or further responses to my email.

                        I need the matter to be looked immediately and check on further updates on registration or my entire money back that was paid
