HI We have paid full amount for the Carnival Project and we have not received any message on the registration. We visited the site and were shown a site. No development over there at that time. this was in December 2019. We would like to know how we can register the property

    Like others here; we booked plot through expat in Malewad Sindhudurg. First instalment paid in Feb2016 and Final payment done in Sep2019. However, handover delayed for ever.
    Now new excuse that the government ruling has changed and cant handover small plots. They are asking if interested in taking a bigger plot for which the registration is going on. Not sure if this is true. Asked them to send the government document showing the effective date of the rule change, but since more than two weeks no document has been sent. They keep postponing the date when they can retrieve the document and send.
    Can anyone guide best way to cross check and get this resolved?

    Meanwhile, I have followed-up with the concerned team of Expat, Santosh Gayak operating from Goa, but only to hear new promises and no resolution.
    I need to get my refund from Expat properties as they are not in a position to fulfill their initial commitment.

      I have taken a plot in paridise city. Now 6 years has passed but no sale deed. One of your sales executive santosh gatak told me that ur sale deed cannot be done as their is new law called tukadi law so sale deed cannot be done. Pls pay my money with interest. Your goa office does not coroprate with us. They also dont take the calls. I[censored] dont call then i have to take legal action

              My Customer ID is C1334647. I have booked 2 plots in Mystic Hill II Pali on 17th May 2016 and it was committed by Expat that they will give complete handover in Jun 2018 but still no registration done from Expat side and no response from expat team . Very pathetic experience

              I have many email communication with them but since last 3 years no response. Someone from Expat had called me asking if i was ready to club the 7/12 with 4 members as it was new rule.. i was ready.. but nothing happened next .. even that lady also had left Expat due to frustration. Pleas help.. I have paid complete amount on EMI based in 2018 only.

                This is Gillian and Mario Dennett. We had booked a unit in Paradise Mopa for 6 lakhs in 2016. It is 2022 now and there is no sign of any stamp duty and registration happening. We want a refund now. This is extremely frustrating. We were a group of friends who booked together. Some o[censored]s got the money from savings..some through a loan. We are very angry now and either want stamp duty and registration or a complete refund.

                  I bought a property through expat in their project called "Rishika". The amount was paid in 2013 and Expat promised to handover the property by 2018.

                  The project was not handed over and inspite of my repeated attempts to contact them, there barely has been any potential resolution.

                  Later they stated that RERA issues etc etc. Its already 2022 now and I still dont have any update from them and they dont answer the phones either.

                  I need legal help to file a consumer complaint against Expat Group and its directors.

                        I have invested in Expat - CREST Project at Bagepalli -Karnataka - they had promised handover of plots with a tenure of 3 years . They kept on extended time frame without any update to us. there is no response from Expat .

                        Expat Properties is Indian real estate company targeting mostly NRIs for investments in India & failed to delivered their promises given to Investors. directly effecting the faith & trust of Real Estate in India.

                        Few of my friends also invested in Expat Properties projects from GCC

                        One should be taking accountability for the same.

                            Ananya Mahad, Maharashtra Registration and handover was scheduled for July’14 We were supposed to get a refund, however, no further updates.

                            Samruddhi Nagothane, Maharashtra- Purchased in March’13, with a 5 year payment and development plan. No further updates.

                            Mountain Abode – Studio Apartment Khopoli – Pali - To be developed and handed over by Nov’16. No further updates.
