I booked a plot at Lavaniya project Pune, they promised handover of the plot within 5 years, but till now no reply and no refund, EXPAT are 100% fraud people, we have to fight against these frauds....

This is Gillian and Mario Dennett. We had booked a unit in Paradise Mopa for 6 lakhs in 2016. It is 2022 now and there is no sign of any stamp duty and registration happening. We want a refund now. This is extremely frustrating. We were a group of friends who booked together. Some o[censored]s got the money from savings..some through a loan. We are very angry now and either want stamp duty and registration or a complete refund.

I bought a property through expat in their project called "Rishika". The amount was paid in 2013 and Expat promised to handover the property by 2018.

The project was not handed over and inspite of my repeated attempts to contact them, there barely has been any potential resolution.

Later they stated that RERA issues etc etc. Its already 2022 now and I still dont have any update from them and they dont answer...

We had booked 5acres of land in their project Ruchita at Dhakne. Company had promised to pass on the compensation received towards DMIC acquisition. Company has received the compensation running into several lacs but has failed to fulfill its promise to us....

Horizon Tuticorin, TN- No updates

Ananya Mahad, Maharashtra Registration and handover was scheduled for July’14 We were supposed to get a refund, however, no further updates.

Samruddhi Nagothane, Maharashtra- Purchased in March’13, with a 5 year payment and development plan. No further updates.

Two sites(69 & 70) booked during 2012 and payment of around 10lac paid, but no registration nor able any response from expat properties received. Multiple mail reminders sent and tried calling available contacts but to no avail....

I acre plot booked in 2015 but no information nor any refund for the last 2 years...

I have bought 1 acre plot in c 2012 at expat Anahita -Bamangaon Maharashtra project but till date did not get registration done from Expat. I have sent mail but no reply, No relationship manager is reachable . Bangalore office is not responding.
