not getting any response/no response o mail/phone numbers showing in valid

Two sites(69 & 70) booked during 2012 and payment of around 10lac paid, but no registration nor able any response from expat properties received. Multiple mail reminders sent and tried calling available contacts but to no avail....

I booked plot and paid 3.65 lac for plot in Mahad Sanaya project
till date plot is not handled over and company is not responding to my mails ITS SEEMS TO BE A BIG FRAUD COMPANY

I invested in RISHIKA at Mangaon in 2013, cust ID C1314956, now no one is replying to my mails,

I acre plot booked in 2015 but no information nor any refund for the last 2 years

I have bought 1 acre plot in c 2012 at expat Anahita -Bamangaon Maharashtra project but till date did not get registration done from Expat. I have sent mail but no reply, No relationship manager is reachable . Bangalore office is not responding.

My, booking id- B1000748 with expat and am a customer from Navi Mumbai Panvel. We have booked two 1-acre plots in expat Anahita project
during 2010 and 2014 with booking with a total consideration of 500, 000 INR per One acre.
We have paid all the monies and we have payment receipts.
We have been chasing expat ever since, to register the plots. There are so many people who we were in contact with, and no one
takes responsibility or accountability to answer and resolve our queries. And now no one responds to phone calls, in Mumbai, Bangalore offices.

I have booked flat at vida Taloja and carnival, not getting any response from expat.
Is there any group created in watsapp or telegram so that collectively we can press for resolving the issue.

I have invested in 6=7 project with expat properties and still not got any registration done or delivery of project has been done. your Kuwait office every time gave me false promises. i have invested in Vida taloja, mystic hill MOPA my registration number are as follow:

Refund my Money ASAP

I have the same issue .I had booked five ploysbon carneval and after five years and a merry go round of excuses am proceeding with litigation .if anyone wants to get in touch with me please do so .my email is [protected]@gmail.com and whatsup is [protected] .I think prowctiely we can form a group as there are strength in numbers .this group has a very bad reputation in Goa and we will have to be forcedull to get our hard earned money back .no one responds to their phones and for last two months Thier Goa office is off the grid

I have invested in 2 plots 1 each in carnival & harmony. For carnival I have even made registration payments & for harmony I have the final payment pending.
I have been following up almost every week with the representatives but to no avail, my investment is just stuck.
Can I get a closure on this

We did a booking and invested in Expat - CREST Project at Bagepalli -Karnataka since 2014. We have booked 1 plots. Expat promised handover of our plots with a tenure of 3 years for land development i.e. by 2017. They kept on extended time frame without any update to us. Last email reply form them was during March 2018, promising again registration towards end of 2019. After which there is no response to our follow up emails, none of the numbers are reachable/answered. We are not able to get in touch with Expat at all. We also noticed that this project listing has been removed from Expat properties website.

Since i am based out of India, finding it difficult to connect more to this. What should be out next step to get this from Expat. We have paid in full for this investment expect the registration charges. My Customer ID number is C1319154

Any guideline in this regards will be highly helpful and appreciated.

We have done complete payment of our property at Crest, Bagepalli in Bangalore but we are not able to contact anybody at Expat.
Kindly need to get updates on this project or else refund our money.

Dear Sir,

My name is Mahendra kumar vithaldas shah. in 2013, I purchased a 1/2 acre of NA Land plot in their project "Harmony" located in Saloli, near Goa Border. My Client Number is: C1318105 and Booking ID is: B1306788.

As per the purchase agreement, the said plot was supposed to delivered & registered in November 2017 but till date no news.

Now it is more than 4 years since their promise and inspite of repeated calls, emails etc. they are not providing any concrete answer and now even their officials are all absconding to avoid emails and phone calls from their customers.

I would like either to have my plot registered immediately or refund of my money and your kind help in this regard shall be much appreciated.

I am NRE working in GCC countries, I have invested RS.135340 in Expat Projects & Development Pvt Ltd for Plot/Land in Paradise City, Kalane, Maharashtra, india. I have not received any registration call from the company. I have been following up with the comapny for last 02years. They donot respond my email. Last week my wife went to their Office located in Kohinoorcity, Kurla. PNB bank has send them the notice ad sealed their office, now i need my money back. Can Indian govt help me.
