I have invested around 8 lakh rupees in this project known as harmony, its been more than 6 years and these guys promised to handover the property within 4 years but still there is no communication regarding registration of the property every time I ask them they just send the automated mail. I just want my property registered or my hard-earned money back. My BKID B1500947 and Customer ID is C1327690

I purchased 2 land parcels of 1 acre each from Expat in 2011.
No possession is given yet.
False promises were given by their customer representatives till 3 years back about possession. Now none of them are contactable.

I have invested in this property from 2010 and has invested nearly 3, 00, 000/-. They had promised me to return the amount with interest of 10% but now they don't reply

We have paid Full amount of plot to Expat properties...but now there is no contact available. We think they make fool us. Our amount was 550000/* rupees. Plot no 1 at Raigarh district

Hi, I have purchased a land with Expat Properties: Project Sundew Haven, plot no. 45.

This is fully paid as per agreement that was executed on 18 July 2011.

I would highly appreciate if this Principal amount of INR 14 Lakhs can be refunded in full, along with proper Compensation interest of minimum 15% for the losses in income over a period of almost 12 years.

We had booked 2 plots in Expat Carnival in 2016 and after payments, we do not get any response from their representatives.They have even stopped taking our calls now.Their Kuwait and Qatar offices are closed.

Regarding the plot purchase named Pragati plot no 90, located at village khandalwada, taluka Mhasala, district Raigad, Maharashtra. All payments done from my side thru down payment & emi. This plot was supposed to be handover bt 2018 dec. I approached expat in 2019 for handover but every now & then they had excuse for handover of plot. Then I asked for refund that also they are denying.last 2 months back I had gone to expat kurla office but it is closed. My request is to refund my total amt paid with interest as per the agreement.

We have booked one acre plot in 2012 in the above mentioned project and paid an amount of Rs. 731, 000/- towards the same. However now we are not getting any response from Expat, We clueless on this project as there is no response to our emails.
We are looking forward to get refund of our hard earned money.

I booked this plot through expat properties on 15/11/201 6, all payments were made in 2017, its about 05 years, however i had not yet received final custody or registry of my plot i had been sending multiple email no response, calling on their number but no response. please don't put your hard earned money with this company they are making fool of common public .we need to take these people to court.

I have purchased a plot with expat carnival project in sindhudurg district cid no C1340241 a few years back on instalment basis...which maximum payment has been done. Over 2 years now they automatically stopped the installments they take from my bank account...only a year was left...

There was no communication or further responses to my email.

I need the matter to be looked immediately and check on further updates on registration or my entire money back that was paid

I have purchased a plot in the carnival project and have made the required payments. It is due to register the plot, but there is no contact or any communication from expat properties as to the date for the registration formalities

I was complaint for last month, I was complaint for possession of my plot no. 753 in sindhudurg (Maharashtra) I was calling nd mail for last 3 months but there is no response if you not take any action nd resolve my problem under 7 days then we file case nd complaint against your company

HI We have paid full amount for the Carnival Project and we have not received any message on the registration. We visited the site and were shown a site. No development over there at that time. this was in December 2019. We would like to know how we can register the property

Like others here; we booked plot through expat in Malewad Sindhudurg. First instalment paid in Feb2016 and Final payment done in Sep2019. However, handover delayed for ever.
Now new excuse that the government ruling has changed and cant handover small plots. They are asking if interested in taking a bigger plot for which the registration is going on. Not sure if this is true. Asked them to send the government document showing the effective date of the rule change, but since more than two weeks no document has been sent. They keep postponing the date when they can retrieve the document and send.
Can anyone guide best way to cross check and get this resolved?

I have taken a plot in paridise city. Now 6 years has passed but no sale deed. One of your sales executive santosh gatak told me that ur sale deed cannot be done as their is new law called tukadi law so sale deed cannot be done. Pls pay my money with interest. Your goa office does not coroprate with us. They also dont take the calls. I[censored] dont call then i have to take legal action
