Expat Properties — Failure to pay compensation towards land acquisition

We had booked 5acres of land in their project Ruchita at Dhakne. Company had promised to pass on the compensation received towards DMIC acquisition. Company has received the compensation running into several lacs but has failed to fulfill its promise to us.
