My family has invested over Rs 26 lakhs, for 2 apartments of 1 BHK at the Vida Building at “The Wisdom Tree Community - Taloja” of The Expat Group. Subsequently, I was sent a number of emails by the Expat group stating that there were delays etc. and making promises of flat allotment. But nothing was done.
Like me, I find that there are hundreds of investors, spread around the world, who have been thus victimized by THE EXPAT GROUP.
Our customer ids are C1319123 and Customer ID: C1319127 and we have a Letter of Intent, in the project VIDA BUILDING situated at Taloja, Ambernath, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Though we have already paid the total consideration amount for the said apartment, no agreement for sale has been executed till date. As per the MAHARERA website, the construction is being done by EVALIA PROJECTS & DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LTD. One Building “B” has got RERA approval but nothing has proceeded further. I have visited the building site at Usatane village near the Lodha Palava project and seen that there is some foundation work standing for the last two years with no progress on the building.
We would appreciate the forum to make the m\necessary procedures against the fraudulent business and issue a verdict to be resolved here on this site. And the only resolution is a full refund with interest.
By the way this project was supposed to be delivered in 2017. It is now 2020. So we are justified by simply asking for our money back after 6 years of paying it, with interest as promised by this business.
Why make the consumers suffers for investing their hard earned savings in such a business, only the courts can bring pressure on these fraudulent business. Request authorities to act in the interest of the consumers. Was this information helpful? |
