Expat Properties — I have not received any status of my plot B1304263. Company is Fraud.

I would like to raise a complaint after several follow-ups and no response from Expat group even since 2018-19. I paid my hard money and lost all hopes as these peoples are really not at all customer oriented. Not a single call I have received since last 3 years. I paid whole amount for the plot. I have all valid EMI's slip but where to raise a complaint I want my money back. Please let me know if I can register a case against this company and how as they have torture me alot. I have all evidence email proofs. Banks EMI's.
