I booked 1 acre plot in 241-IND-MH-SHU SHUBH II, a scheme by EXPAT Properties. I paid all installments and paid ~6.43 lakhs but got no land transfer from them. I followed up a lot and initially they assured that they are working on it, and till 2022 they were responding to mails, giving small details of project progress, but after that mails stopped. in 2022 Ms Caroline told that I should pay some additional amount and buy land in some other project (Carnival?) details below - this offer I didn't accept as I was not inclined to pump in additional amount:
Plot can be registered within 60 Days . All the required KYC documents need to be collected while booking to start the registration process. Unit will be handed over within 4 months.
