Expat properties came to dubai and sold properties in tuticorin india. I bought plots tuticorin - vismaya 220, 221; tranquil heights 91, 92, 102, 103; vismaya ii 43, 44, 45, 46 in fy2012. Its over eight years now and they have not yet registered and transferred the plots to me. On contacting their bangalore office, they claim that it is going to take time and brush me aside.
