Expat Properties Ltd — non refund of money from long time

Updated by Sunilnegi48 I invested rs 6 lakh 13k in this company but due to some financial emergency and i asked them to refund my money but it has been already more than one and half year but they are just making excuses..
I am a defense person and i invested my hardened money with suggestions of an ex defense person but that was my biggest mistake of my life.
However i am sending them a legal notice follwed by a case of fraud, mental harassment
.. Pls suggest other better idea to recover my money i am in urgent need of that..

Updated by Sunilnegi48 Till today 25 Feb 2019 expat representative are making fool of me by making nonsense promises... But as outcome not a single Rs from my invested amount of Rs 613000 not refunded yet...
But don't worry I am taking this issue up to high levels...so that you can't cheat somebody else like this...

Updated by Sunilnegi48 I am in urgent need of money for medical emergency.
And from more then 2 years I am writing daily emails and making calls for my refund to expat representatives but they Always saying they can't refund money because because they don't have fund for refund...
I can't understand what type of excuse is this..
Is somebody's life is less important that expats projects and developments.
