Family and friends all together bought 11 plots of half acre each in 2014 from Expat. We all paid entire amount and registration was due in 2019. Inspite of several calls and exchange o[censored]nlimited messages, neither refund is initiated nor registeration is done on our names.

Spoke with RM Simran Rajendra Virdhi also who promised to get back in a week with resolution. Received her last mail in March this year. Post that she does nlt respond back on mail nor pick up the calls. Phone no to reception is also not taking incoming calls now.

Can you team get back and resolve this matter before we start legal proceedings
