Expat property customer services team and management are unethical and absolute liars, i have been following with expat property team and i have to go in a circle to get an update and i would like to request for the refund of my money paid.
Until today nobody had either shared an update or given a deadline for the handover of the project. Attach is the last email which i have copied about the handover in oct/nov, but no updates from expat despite numerous call to their customer services team in bangalore and their behaviors is atrocious and pathetic services especially their agents (Preethy prema latha).
I regret purchasing property from expat property and would request a refund for both my projects urgently.

All payment was done in installment as per agreement with last installment payment done in jul 2018.
Since then I am following for the registration of my plot.
However, everytime I was given false promises. Now their representative has stopped responding to my calls.
I am fedup now and want my full payment back.
