Expat Properties — No information given about the project and delay in project

Hi,
I am swapnil naik invested in your project Carnival .
Booking ID B1404886 and Customer ID: C1323990 . I have following up with your team for more then a year but didn’t get any concrete details about the update in the project as most the executive were clueless and the other had left the company which is such a shame on the company profile .

Today writing this email and expect some first hand information on my investment.
