Expat Properties — No plot delivered; no response for years

Address: 2nd Floor Sobha Pearl, 1 Commissarat Rd, Bangalore 560025

I paid Rs 10.25 lacs in July 2014 for the purchase of 3 non-agricultural plots No 5, 6, 7 in Expat's project named Iris in Gujarat, Ghanshyampur Village, Limbdi, Surendernagar Dt. The plots were supposed to be delivered/ registered in 2 years else money returned. Plots are of Sqft 1553, 1563 and 1542 respectively. Despite many calls and emails no response was received. No one could be found on multiple visits to their office. I hoped that after the Covid years when Real Estate suffered, Expat would try to deliver but now see no such sign. I would like my money back with interest.
