Dear Sir, in 2011, Expat Properties entered into an agreement of handing over of One Acre Land after Development at ROHA under the ROYAL ESTATE II Project. The land was to be handed over by 2016. Its been 6 years since then, however, no contact from firm on their OWN and last contact was established by Me in 2020. I am enclosing few of the screen shots on the subject IBID.

I would urge the company to refund my investment along with Penal Interest as per contract. Also an apology for the mental trauma.
