Expat Properties — Paid for 2 land Mystic Hill and Paradise city but still not get registration

My Name Mohammed We have booked and paid for 2 N/A plots with Expat Properties at Khapoli and sindhudurg over 4 years back. still i am struggling to get possession every time i call them they are giving false assurance and from last 1 year they are not answering my calls.
