Expat Properties — refund but still not done.

I invested for the locking period of 5 years and now almost 9 years but still refund not done.
Every day i chase for the payment and reply is no funds and company is bankrupt.
I must say if in that case they should sell there ornaments, some unnamed property and any other assets to pay the money.
This fool people don't know the power of aam admi.
