I had booked a plot # 76, in the NIDHI -II project of EXPAT Properties located in Thally- Annekal of Tamil Nadu border area.
The total amount of 7, 20, 000-00 INR was paid through SBI account cheque itself with below details :

01. Amount 1, 70, 000.00 INR paid via SBI cheque: 237652 Dt:02/08/2015.
02. Amount 2, 00, 000.00 INR paid via SBI cheque: 237652 Dt:02/02/2016.
03. Amount 2, 00, 000.00 INR paid via SBI cheque: 237652 Dt:02/08/2016.
04. Amount 1, 50, 000.00 INR paid via SBI cheque: 237652 Dt:02/02/2017.

Total paid amount is 7, 20, 000-00 INR,
