Expat Properties — Refund of my investment

I paid Rs. 128000 in September 2011 toward Tranquil Heights Project by Expat. Then I paid monthly installments and the total amount paid is Rs. 230000.

After a long wait the company asked me to cancel the investment because they could not get the registration done. I cancelled the project requesting them to refund. In November 2017 I received the confirmation that my amount will be refunded with interest by April 2018.

After several calls and trails of emails the refund has not been credited. I request for the prompt resolution of my long pending refund.
