Expat Properties — roha land property sold and cheated

This group which is 25 year old company sold us 1 acre land in 2011 and said in 5 yars we give you possision. I kept paying and now in 2018 after folow up for 2 years for refund are not giving the money.
They say due to rera they suffering and not giving thew refund. They didnt have land and right papers. Complete fraud. Dont trust this company.

Any further help can appreciate.

In 2012 bought a land in Lonere (mangaon)
as of today nothing done on the project
only giving false promises
there is lots of population now and i really dont know if we going to
get our land anyday
