Expat Properties — status of harmony 2 project

I had done investment with expat properties in 2014. I have paid the entire amount against this investment for two plots in their harmony 2 project in sindhudurg district, maharashtra. Booking id c1320113. I have not received any response on the project progress and when will my plots be registered on my name. I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact their offices in bangalore and mumbai.

The concerned sales staff from their mumbai office have left the job and there is no one that can be contacted in mumbai. All their contact numbers are simply ringing and no one picking up the phone. I have been trying to get in contact with their mumbai office customer relationship personnel, but most of the times the call get auto disconnected. The receptionist gives dubious responses like – the sales people are in a training / sales person has asked to call again next week or the sales staff is in meeting. It seems clear that they are trying to avoid any contact with existing customer.

This is a very stressful and distressing experience. Kindly help me resolve this issue. Please let me know when the plots will be registered and handed over to me. Thanks and regards, joseph
